Our Approach

All evaluations are conducted by our licensed psychologist, Dr. Rachel Sandercock, and are grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming framework. Our goal is not to pathologize differences, but to understand each person’s strengths, support needs, and unique ways of engaging with the world.

We prioritize:

  • A personalized, collaborative approach

  • Respect for autonomy and identity

  • Clear, actionable recommendations

  • Support that continues beyond the report
